Terms/Notes

(a) If Questar Pipeline’s facilities necessary to provide the service set forth in this Transportation Service Agreement, as well as any facilities necessary for Questar Gas Company to transport Shipper’s gas from MAP No. 332 QGC/ML104 (Payson Gate) to Shipper’s Lake Side 2 Power Plant are completed prior to April 1, 2014, then during the interim period beginning February 1, 2014 through March 31, 2014, Shipper shall have the right to use up to the Reserved Daily Capacity on a volumetric basis at the rate of $0.14/Dth which is the equivalent to the reservation charge at a 100% load factor.

(b) If Questar Pipeline’s facilities to provide the service set forth in this Transportation Service Agreement, or any facilities necessary for Questar Gas Company to transport Shipper’s gas from MAP No. 332 QGC/ML104 (Payson Gate) to Shipper’s Lake Side 2 Power Plant are not completed by April 1, 2014, then Shipper’s primary delivery point under Section 6 of this Transportation Service Agreement shall be MAP No. 336 Kern River – Goshen until such time as Questar Pipeline’s and Questar Gas’ facilities are completed.
